04. WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN FUNCTIONAL / CONSCIOUS CONNECTED BREATHWORK?

Functional Breathwork is practical and science-based — focused on everyday breathing patterns. It helps identify areas of dysfunction and supports you in retraining your breath back to alignment and optimisation for energy, focus, resilience, and physical performance, including endurance, recovery, and nervous system regulation for sport and training.

Conscious Connected Breathwork is rooted in ancient wisdom — a sacred, ancestral practice of breath and sound that works on deeper transformational layers. It helps release what’s subconsciously held within stuck patterns, experiences, and emotional imprints, guiding you back to trust, inner safety, and clarity. Through this practice, you learn to elevate your health and transform your life from the inside out.

05. WHAT MIGHT I FEEL AFTER A SESSION?

You may notice calm, clarity, lightness, or emotional release — each experience is unique. Your body integrates in its own time, and that’s part of the transformation. Gentle rest, hydration, and reflection are encouraged afterward.
