Conscious Connected Breathwork is a precise, deeply held practice for people seeking real change in their health, nervous system, and relationship to their body. This work understands trauma as something lived, physiologically, emotionally, and relationally and meets it where it resides through breath, presence, and informed somatic practice. Choice and consent are foundational, guiding every stage of the process.
Breath becomes the organising principle. As it reorganises, so does the body. As the body settles, clarity returns. What was once held in survival begins to loosen and release.
Each session integrates breath with bodywork and embodied inquiry. Sound and vibration may be woven in when appropriate, always in service of regulation, depth, and integration.
This work supports lasting shifts by:
Releasing trauma patterns held within the nervous system and tissues
Restoring vitality, respiratory coherence, and physiological resilience
Re-establishing safety, choice, and internal authority
Returning the body to its rightful role as a source of intelligence and truth
How you breathe is how you live. When breath changes, your relationship to self, body, and life changes with it.
This is work for those no longer interested in managing symptoms or accumulating insight. It is for people ready to experience change at the level it must occur within the body itself.
Breathe into freedom.
As defensive patterns soften, breath deepens. As breath deepens, life reorganises. What was fragmented finds coherence. What was silent begins to speak. What was inaccessible becomes available. Health is not pursued here, it is reclaimed. Healing is not performed, it is embodied. People arrive individually, and something collective begins to take shape. This is more than a practice. It is a return to self, to body, to community.
Awaken Breath. Ignite Life. Rise in Your Rhythm.

When I met Fai I was feeling quite stuck in business and life. As somebody in their mid-40s who already spends a lot of time on self-development, I also spend a lot of time in my head and Fai helped me realise that sometimes we need to get out of our heads and tap into the body for things to shift. I loved the combination of coaching and gentle breathwork and always felt supported and held.
"Fai is an absolute gem when it comes to holding space for breathwork. "Fai's approach is felt with tenderness and compassion, enabling me to feel safe, seen and held. She has a real gift for holding space for vulnerability."
"Her knowledge & expertise set her apart...
“I would 100% recommend working with Fai. Fai is amazing at what she does and her knowledge and experience set her apart from everyone else.
